There are amazing gifts the world has been waiting for… Yours! Those things you dream about everyday are gifts for the world which are your Divine purpose. Just remember one thing… it’s time for you to take action. It’s time for you to take that test, run that block, smile at that person, step up to what you know you’ve been wanting to do.

You will be that much closer to bringing your joy to fill your life and family with all the love you know you’ve got! You will be that much closer to living your inner peace and giving the world the gifts you were genetically designed for….

Stop Drop and Roll towards your Divine Purpose!

There is something I use to struggle with early in my life. It is what to say and when to say it. I am not referring to the awkward social moments although that is included but I am referring to affirmations.

I always seem to have an enormous range of friends. From those who have been in great need to those who can basically ring a little bell at their bedside and have anything they desire. What is the difference? That was always my question.

It is rather simple, actually. In the Bible, we are told to claim things that aren’t as though they are. (Forgive me, I am not sure of the verse but you are welcome to help me find it.) Quite often, those who do not have anything are more caught up at looking at those who do and proclaiming what they do NOT have! This is important. They are constantly creating a cycle of poverty.

Those who have, are constantly claiming and “boasting” about what they DO have and how fortunate they are… and here’s the key… they claim things with confidence as though they are already in existence!

Rarely do the two groups sit down for a conversation at the same table and agree. Mostly because those who have and want more and believe with their words are not going to waste their time with those who are going to doubt. Why would they when they can get with their friends and enjoy talking about the abundances of the universe?

And why would those who have not, want to talk to those who do when they can get with their peers and talk trash about everyone else and proclaim their lack in the world.Image

You can want all day and night but until you begin talking with your mouth and believing with your heart that you have what you want… you won’t get them.

But those of us who do enjoy a land of plenty with milk and honey overflowing, we are going to keep on spending time with each other and proclaim all the miracles of life and enjoy them.

We are all living in a land of plenty, abundance and smothered with love. Are you going to partake in what is already available to you? I pray you do. You deserve it.

Is there a 12 step program for watching Netflix? I mean really! This is ridiculous. I get into a show and can’t stop thinking about it until I get through the whole dawg gone series!

Thank God it’s alright and not TOO taboo to do marathon tv. I mean, are we actually allowed to admit out loud that we sit around and watch one episode after another of the same people?

When I was growing up, we had the tv on all the time. I mean it might as well have been a member of the family or a pet. Gives new meaning to the bunny ears & tv. Anywho, I would walk around the house doing housework and it kept us company. Sometimes I would actually sit and watch a show that wasn’t, perhaps, meant for the brightest bulbs but nonetheless, it was watched.

Now I click on the computer. I might even be watching something right now while typing! Alas, I’m not this time because I just finished a series. This one was really enjoyable because I got to travel all over the globe right before falling asleep or when I’d wake from another adult insomniatic (I just made that word up) moment.

Click… on goes Netflix! and on comes “Destination Truth” with Joshua Gates. And here goes another crush on another hunky manly man who is strong enough to fight the elements, save his friends lives from flesh eating monsters and flirt with his adorable female counterparts. All in a nights work for Josh.

ImageOkay, the female in me get pretty jealous of the cuties who get to travel the world with the modern day Indiana Jones. But then I start thinking… do I really want to go out in the middle of the night and hunt for man sized bats while dodging the croc that just drop into the water on the other side of my boat? Or do I really want to travel to Antarctica? Nope. Not really. But sure do love watching this teenage novel of a show do it for me.

Anyway, I have to find a new obsession on Netflix now because I have already watched “The Guardian” with Nick Fallin and felt like I was back in high school watching the jocks flirt with me again. My goodness that was fun!

I have developed an amazing new class regarding Archangels and their gifts and what they do for you! It’s so exciting and amazing to realize that God has created such amazing being who want us to live in success and joy and peace.

In the class I discuss at least 12 of the Archangels I’ve personally studied. They each have specialties although each of them can help you with all your prayers.

Join me for the four classes starting on April 25th at 11:00 PDT for an hour. Bring your lunch and your questions because I will be taking some if time allows.

Find out what the Archangels do for you.

Since moving back to Los Angeles, I am joyfully reminded everywhere I turn and look of the main source of business in this little ole town… I LOVE it!

Funny thing is though… You run into people whose names are familiar and or their faces but you are not quite sure where or even if you know them.

At church this morning, I ran into someone for the second time in 3 days and we hit it off the first day we met so we were both so tickled to see each other at church.

During the children’s egg hunt, I asked her what she does for a living. Yeppers, she responded with the answer, “I’ve been acting for several years now on tv and movies.” My immediate response was, “Well, you sure did look familiar but I couldn’t put my finger on it.”

Jane Wilson is an adorable character actress who has been doing quite well in “the industry” for quite some time. God, how I love character actresses, they always have the best stories. I can’t wait to get to know her better.

Happy Easter y’all!

The neighborhood we’ve moved into is this adorable very “East Coast” transformation. According to the locals, this was an abandoned US Air Force Base. The shopping is adorable and very enjoyable.
I love elegant neighborhoods and this one is right up there. It’s the closest I’ve found to a quaint old village but it’s all brand new. Image

My favorite regular thought that comes to mind… It’s where the Kennedy’s have come to The South.

Living here for the last 10 days has been quite an unexpected adjustment. There are all these sour faces and a true combination of southern accents mixed with upper east coast accents. Lots of people have moved here from the New York and Jersey areas, several from Ohio (!?!) and lots of locals.

Dialects: Everyone tends to keep their upper east coast accent who are from there but the Southerners have absorbed more of the east coast with a southern draw once in a while.

I have made many friends whom I can imagine having over for cocktails etc. but there have been a small handful of issues. Okay, I confess, I thought those from the upper east coast would be a bit more difficult (so sorry my dear elegant friends from that area… I am actually thinking of the Jersey Shore types more than you.) Guess what my darlings… It’s the women from the South who’ve been an issue. How bazaar! Time for another class on being a Southern Lady cuz it is an issue here!

I can tell you that when I feel an twangs of homesickness is when I have “dealt” with these women. I will tell you that once caught herself though and did call me back to apologize profusely. I truly appreciated it.

On the other hand, to watch my remarkable son interact with new people in new circumstances has been inspiring and delightful. This young gentleman helps little bitty children while playing and can hop right in with older children and tweens. I really love watching him have the time of his life.

If you follow my posts on facebook, then you’ve seen me posting pics of the lakes near our home. There are really cool interactive outdoor park video games. Seriously. They are really neat. The swans, seagulls, and ducks hang around the people and get really fat! So fun to see such a combination of foul.

The trees are everything you can imagine on the coast. From palm trees, much like Florida and California, and Pine trees are everywhere. Everything grows here and apparently, it even snows. Haven’t seen that yet but I know Charlie will love it when it does. It doesn’t stay but for a day or so but the Seagulls huddle on the beach and there’s a ring of melted snow around them from their body heat. Smart birds.

Since my brother and his family live in North Carolina, we plan to visit regularly. I found out today that we can even go snow skiing in N. Carolina. Guess it’s time to give it a try. Thank the Lord and all His angels that there is a fitness facility on the grounds. I’ll be enjoying that starting this coming week. I plan to post some videos about the transformation so pray from my confidence since I know we can all enjoy a little motivation.

You guys, enjoy where you are. There is so much beauty around you. Look for it and hang out there. It’s good for your soul. Absorb the beauty of the outdoors which God has blessed you with. Step outside and take a few deep meditative breaths. You are surrounded by such great Glory. God and His angels are all around you.

Seriously! Walk away! There is nothing here for me to look at… I know, I know… Here goes the affirmations…

Taking a moment to appreciate a beautiful thing… my future tight booty! All that fat melting away…

Organics: Focus on the glorious organic fruits and vegetables in the refrigerator. The organic beef waiting to be made with love. (Yes, right now I’m a meat eater. Although I tend towards fish most of the time.)

  =

There’s something yummy and ready for the juicer! Mmmm… now I can see my future clearly! It’s full of healthy, tight skin and lean long lovely arms and legs. 🙂  I’m going to have to make another trip to Kroger’s organic veggie department and then to Whole Foods to fill in the gaps, after this prep. Thank you Victoria’s Secret for the inspiration (and the bras and panties).

Planning out the week really does help. Talking through the “pffts” helps too! xxoo

I’m over it! Yeppers, the girl in me has had enough. I have so many things that my family gave me which are worth something. It’s time to purge. I have been working with lots of angst over the last few years to clear out things from my precious little home. Many things (and their have been people too) have been slowing me down.

Over the last few years, it seemed like I have been trying to please everyone but myself. You know what it got me a lot of mess in my house and a big fat mess in my head. I am over it!

In my spare time, I love to enjoy the atmosphere of my friend’s homes which have had interior designers work on their spaces. In addition, I sometimes watch shows and read magazines about beautiful surroundings. I can wholeheartedly say that some of my best inspirations have come from reading blogs by interior designers and decorators.

One of my favs is Tobi Fairley. She is local to Arkansas but international in her clientele. It shows on her blogs. Modern, fun and elegant. Especially inspiring is the organized, clean, spacious environments she creates in the rooms she showcases on her blog.

Personally, my sweet generous family left me some of the most beautiful family heirlooms I’ve ever seen. In those gorgeous little antiques, I have fond memories of being loved and respected by those who were once here in body. The downside is, most of them need some kind of updating or repair. Ugh! Ugh! Ugh!

It’s has been hard to love so many things that need so much work. How many times I’ve rearranged my home to try to make them seem a bit more… updated. Now I’m going to forge through them and move on the rest to those who like bits and pieces of antiques and give facelifts to those pieces which I am ready to change.

I’ve got to tell ya’… some of you would sooner “die” than paint an antique. I learned from my mother’s work as a faux finisher that you’ve got to love it or change it to be what you love or, simply, let it go.

Just woke up from a dream with people dieing from and one died because of the chemicals in food. In my dream it was specific to chocolate flavoring but I knew there is something the angels are telling me about… all chemicals in food, including sugars and fake sugars will hurt us.

This was not a gross dream, just sad. But I didn’t wake up crying, I woke up needing to look up some things about food. While I was married, my ex-husband read a book about chemicals in our foods. Apparently there is a plant in New Jersey where many of the flavors we eat everyday are produced and created. Tests were run on these flavorings and, of course, cause problems like cancer in our systems.

I recently also heard a report about sugar replacements or sugar substitutes. That they are a cause of Alzheimer. I started thinking about my grandmother. She had a form of it, which was hard to watch, and she had lots of fake sugars that I remember in addition to having consumed plenty of other sugars as well.

So, I looked into it via Google… Found more than I’ll ever be able to read. Specifically about what sugar does to cause problems with the brain. While looking into this, I came across this article by Dr. Robert F. DeMaria, who points out some things which are clear about where many of us stand with food. He says to

“minimize the following items: sugar, trans fat and dairy products. I have discovered there are many leading causes of Alzheimer’s—poor digestion, stress, poor fat choices, a stressful life and toxic diet. I know that seems like a lot, but I have noticed there is no one pattern except for sugar. Sugar confounds the body and fatigues the adrenal glands.”

Here’s a link to the article…

First hand, I can tell you that when I go on a comfort or fun food spree, I tend to forget and rapidly get reminded that those foods are toxic to me when my joints start hurting and I can barely walk or multiple other health issues.

I have been planning to go on my tremendously restrictive HCG diet again to lose weight but this time, I have taken mental note of some things. I have noticed that when I’ve done this in the past that I have had to work myself up for it by eating less and more focused healthy foods.

As I start my plunge, I already start feeling better. Healthier. It’s because I am! So here I go, I am in the early planning stages of the healthy pre-diet plunge. I know that I will now come out of this diet with a plan as well. I am taking on the responsibility of cleaning up my diet on the other side of it.

God love my son, there will hardly be any sugar and junk around the house for a while. Now I have to talk to him to keep him from sneaking it at friends houses and find a good hypnotherapy script for myself to overcome desiring sweets.

😉

Many a time I have used a modern girdle to pull it all in. When I was at my heaviest, I befriended an adorable girl who had a lingerie store. She got me into everything we could since my belly wasn’t beautiful yet. I was living in my premeditated focus that I was cute. She helped me regain my mental fabulous back by guiding me to lingerie that would help me recover my BC (before child) body.

I had tank tops in nude and black, actual boned girdles, special panties meant for torture… my self esteem was getting a fabulous lift. Wearing those things helped me remember that I was to walk around like I already have the wonderful body. Thanks to my BFF, Anna, I was walking around with a shrinking belly and a wonderful new friend.

Reading some mommy blogs, this one being ModernMom.com with Brooke Burk, I noticed her ad next to the blog. It mentions the girdle she’s selling. The Baboosh. Looks like a winner to me. To be able to get up, put on a garment that helps remind me to suck it in and do some ab work, I’m all over it. And as much as it’s going to get worn, it’s worth $56. My guess is that if Brooke is putting it out, it’s a good product.

Do you have anything to lift your self-esteem until your natural girdle kicks in from all the crunches you are doing? Give this a try. It helps.
